The simple project management board your studiowill actually use.
One simple board for every project your small creative team is juggling: who’s on it, what’s next, and what’s waiting for review. Drag a card, or just say where it goes.
Mac: macOS 15.6 or later, Apple silicon or Intel. Notarized by Apple; updates itself.
iPad: iPadOS 18 or later, landscape, through the beta.
Four ways in.One way it behaves.
A spoken move and a dragged move are the same command underneath, so they cannot drift apart and both are exactly one ⌘Z.
Say it
Hold a key, name a card and a column, let go. Boards, columns and cards each wear a short label, and the one you memorised keeps working.
⌘K finds it
One keystroke, one field: boards, cards, people and meetings, including cards on boards you have not opened today. Return takes you there.
Shared person by person
Every board is private until you put it on a team and name who on that team can open it, as editor or as viewer. Every board has one owner, and an owner can hand it over.
A meeting becomes cards
Record a meeting on your Mac or iPad and XOBNI comes back with a summary and the tasks that were discussed — each one already placed in the column it belongs in.
Request the betaEvery card has a nameyou can say.
Boards, columns and cards each wear a short label — A1, C4, B2 — and you say it just as it reads: “move B2 to done”. A card keeps its label when it moves, so the one you memorised still works tomorrow. The same breath can hand it to someone or give it a date: “assign B2 to Dana”, “B2 due Friday”.
Not only which column —which place in it.
“Move B2 above B5”, or “to the top of review”. The recogniser is weighted toward the labels on screen at that moment, so “B2” means the card marked B2 and nothing else.
Nothing runson a guess.
When a sentence does not resolve, XOBNI says exactly why — no such card, no such column, nobody by that name, a date it cannot read — then shows you the words it actually heard. When two columns or two people tie it refuses rather than picking the likelier one. A misheard sentence costs you a second, not a board.
There is no column called “shipping” on this board.
Heard: “move B2 to shipping”
A meeting ends. The cards are already there.
Record on your Mac — your microphone and the other side of the call — or on your iPad. XOBNI walks the recording through transcription and analysis, then comes back with a summary and the tasks that were discussed, each one naming the column it belongs in. When it is ready a pop-up offers them, all ticked; one click and they land as ordinary cards.
The meeting and what was said in it are readable by everyone who can see the board it was recorded against, so a colleague reads the transcript without asking you for it. The audio is shared with nobody — not a colleague, not a team lead, not an administrator, not XOBNI staff.
Share a board,not the company.
Every board is private by default. To share one, put it on a team, then name the people on that team who may open it — as an editor, who can change everything but deleting and sharing, or as a viewer, who reads everything and changes nothing. Files attached to a card travel with the board, so the people you shared it with can open them too.
Every board has one owner, who alone deletes it, shares it and hands it over. An organization admin manages people, teams and billing, and has no automatic access to any board — not yours, not anybody’s.
Two kinds of listening, two different answers.
A spoken command is recognised on your Mac and that audio is never uploaded. A meeting recording is the opposite case, and we would rather be plain about it.
Recognised on your Mac.
On-device recognition is required, not preferred. If your language has no on-device model, XOBNI refuses rather than falling back to a server.
Stays on the MacUploaded, and read by a model.
The audio goes to your organization’s storage. The transcript — or, with an OpenAI key, the audio itself — goes to the provider whose key you saved, under your own account, and only once you have agreed to its notice.
Leaves the MacThe privacy page says exactly what goes where.
Free on your own.Simple with a team.
